The nutrition consultation is a personalized session adapted to you and is tailored specifically to your needs. Together we explore your challenges, what keeps you from achieving what you desire and how to get there.
This consultation begins with a guided meditation (15 min) and ends with a long guided relaxation (15 min) calming down your nervous system and allowing your body to integrate our work.
This longer format allows you to explore different forms of meditation such as mindful eating, sound meditation, walking meditation and eventually enable you to develop your own practice. Relaxation can be offered in the form of a body-scan or visualization. It is a soothing transition into your daily life.
