We talk about the physical changes that you are experiencing and acknowledge your experiences through this natural transitional time. Addressing how pre-menopause and menopause also affect you emotional state is key to work towards more serenity and well-being. Opening up to self-compassion and vulnerability are part of the journey so you can embrace the changes in your mind, body and emotions.

Together we identify your real needs, your life values in order to guide, inspire and motivate to lasting changes. According to you need we work on stabilizing and maintaining you weight long term. My mission is to help reconnect with your body and find a natural balance in life without any diets or food restrictions.
I offer individual sessions and group classes, as well as Menopause Yoga and mindfulness meditation workshops.
Menopause Yoga (MY) incorporate vinyasa flow movement, restorative yoga, yoga nidra and elements of yin yoga. MY is both a therapeutic style of yoga designed to help women manage menopause symptoms and a positive empowering approach to this stage of life.
You are in good hands I am a certified teacher of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga (YTT 200 Hrs) and Menopause Yoga (40 Hrs accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals), I am also a certified teacher of Mindfulness Meditation (MBSR Mindfulness-Based-Stress Reduction).
My approach is to teach simple yoga, breathing and meditation techniques that you can practise at home to help you manage your own symptoms.
I create safe and supportive space where women can acknowledge how they feel, share experiences, talk about taboos and connect to others at a similar stage of life.
